Welcome to MySFA (powered by PharmaMonitor). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience when using our mobile application and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete your data.

1. Information We Collect

MySFA is a business-to-business (B2B) Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform. To provide our services to our client companies (tenants) and their designated field representatives (employees/agents), we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, virtual email address provided by your employing company, phone number, and employee code.
  • Location Data: To verify field visits and support beat route planning, we collect precise and approximate location data.
    • Background Location: If authorized by the user, the app collects location data in the background to verify visit check-ins/check-outs even when the app is closed or not in use.
  • Operational & Sales Data: Daily Call Reports (DCRs), attendance punches, client/chemist visit logs, field expenses, and product sales orders.

2. Data Retention & Storage

We retain account and operational data in accordance with the terms of our service agreements with your employing organization (the tenant client).

Local data stored on your device (via local Drift/SQLite database) is retained until you log out of the application or uninstall it. Server-side data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted on our secure cloud servers.

3. Account Provisioning, Deletion, and Deactivation

MySFA is a commercial SaaS utility. Individual user accounts are provisioned, managed, and controlled by the corporate tenant (your employing organization) using corporate-issued virtual emails.

Tenant-Controlled Deletion:

Account deletion and data removal requests are managed directly by your employing organization's administrator. When a tenant client deactivates an employee account or requests account termination, all associated personal and location data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our active production systems within 30 days.

Submitting a Deletion Request:

To request account deletion, please contact your organization's system administrator. Alternatively, you can email us at contact@pharmamonitor.in with your registered email and organization details, and we will forward your request to your tenant administrator for processing within 30 days.

4. B2B Commercial Focus & Health Declaration Disclaimer

MySFA is strictly a B2B enterprise sales productivity utility.

  • No Clinical Services: The application does not provide any healthcare services, clinical advice, health monitoring, or diagnostic tools.
  • No Patient Data: The application does not track, collect, or store patient health records (PHRs) or any sensitive personal health information. The database consists solely of directory-level contact details of professional clients, distributors, and chemists for sales and distribution logistics.
